EarCentric Smart Mini BTE Hearing Aids - High Performance

I am one of those customers that tend to ask a lot of questions and may seem like a pain but I mean well. MediNinja was patient with me and explained everything in detail about their line of EarCentric hearing aids. I do have one more request though if the customer service team is reading this: could I get the pricing on the Mini hearing aids? I think I would like to give them a try. (Posted on 2/25/2016)

Prior to suffering mild hearing loss, I have witnessed, heard, and read about troubling experience of associates, relatives, and friends about hearing aids. The expensive price tags of these devices were always a concern for the less-rich group while those who have the money, after some brief period of use, complain about the device malfunctioning; the complaint is often about battery, erratic performance, and bad noise filtering functionality.
When the audiologist diagnosed me, I knew all hell was break loose. Where would I get the cash to procure such an expensive device? What’s the guarantee I wouldn’t have to buy another after some few month? Will I ever enjoy the value of any device I settle down with?
Together with my 15-year old daughter, we started digging the internet for a solution. There must be a solution buried somewhere online. We went true a lot of reviews, read a lot articles. We got a list of viable hearing aids people recommended to be superb. I was financially constraint, so we sorted the list in order of price tag – from the least expensive upward. EarCentric SMART topped our list.
At first, I thought deep down within me that the deal was way too good to be true. With faith, I contacted the customer support of MediNinja. One Laurence lady spoke with me and assured me about the high quality of the SMART device after explaining every feature I will enjoy using it. A week later, an order was placed and in 3-day time, I received the order.
I intentionally delayed this review for 3 months so I can drill the device for me to get hold of any flaw about it.
However, I happily tell you today that the performance of SMART has been astonishing. The battery is strong. I do change it once every month. It cancels noise to the barest minimum such that I hear human voice clearly in a crowed place.
I feel like the luckiest person on earth. This is a first-time shot at a hearing aid and I got the right choice in EarCentric SMART. I also commend MediNinja for their astonishing customer support.

This is a decent alternative to the expensive hearing aids I’ve used in the past. My savings on hearing aids is better used on some other project. I’m satisfied with the performance of my new SMART units. They output they produce is so pleasing. I SMARTably used them for phone conversation. My family members don’t scream at me anymore.
I must commend MediNinja’s customer service. Laurence was helpful in helping me choice the right product for my hearing loss. This company is worth emulating… the way they put their customers at heart was suprising.

When I placed my MediNinja order, I didn’t expect to receive it so fast! I ordered the Smart hearing aids and they arrived right away in time for my daughter’s wedding. I couldn’t believe how much I could hear and how much more comfortable I was in social settings now. Work is much better too! I can hear people clearly and don’t seem like the “deaf old guy” any more. My wife will be much happier to know that I can turn the radio in the car down to a normal level and still hear it. Before, she would complain about headaches from the noise. I don’t know what I would do if I hadn’t found MediNinja! (Posted on 2/10/2016)

I feel like I’m still dreaming. Smart is the strangest thing I’ve ever seen about hearing aids in my sixteen years of use. I became skeptical about purchasing it when I read about its details on MediNinja website… the price was too good to be real. I’ve used hearing aids with same features and with prices ranging from $3000 to $6500.
It is wonderful if you must ask me. If you want to take the plunge buying this, please do. It has my vote.

My Smart hearing aid is a good deal. I didn’t expect the kind of value i’m enjoying now. For the awesome price, I rate it 5 star. Handling it with my 70 year old clumsy hands is relatively easy. My Smart amplifier arrived in a mail on Christmas day. My cousins all sat round me as I retrieve the device form the package. I was curious to know if I will experience the same fail I’ve heard about most hearing aids online. It was different. I was joyous because I heard better sound for the first time in two months. Though I had difficulties getting the adjustment right the first time, but, I find it awesome just like my cousins did. (Posted on 12/30/2015)

This is my first time of using a hearing aid after being diagnosed of mild hearing loss. But from my few days of using Smart version of Medininja devices, my hearing is a lot better. I think the manufacturers should do something about making the setting selection much easier for people. I had issues getting the setting right the first time and it really pissed me off. My wife needed a replacement for the bad $4500 hearing aid we got from a store in our area. Life was becoming unbearable for her. She hardly hear anything after the device got faulty few weeks after procuring it. The support team of the brand weren’t helping matter. A friend of mind recommended EarCentric Smart. It was so cheap. I was skeptical that I will lose my investment as the deal looks too good to be true. To cut the long story short, after battling with moderate hearing loss since age 9, my wife confirmed she had never heard sound so good like now.
