Our easy and convenient return policy lets you return your hearing aids within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.

MediNinja strongly requires a minimum trial period of 21 days. Based on clinical studies, our brain needs time to adjust to new hearing aids. Our brain needs to cope up with new amplified sound produced by the new hearing aids. Therefore, return requests prior to 21 days from the invoice date will incur additional 10% early return fee.

Getting to know your hearing aids takes time and patience. You need to adjust the positioning, orientation and choice of domes/sleeves to filter and eliminate unwanted sounds. In time, as your brain adjust to the new sound produced you will feel comfortable and get used with the amplified sounds.

Hearing aids are designed to improve your hearing condition. To understand sounds better and adjust to your hearing devices is a process.

It's been a long time you haven't heard those normal sounds and by using new hearing aids, it may sound strange and unfamiliar. But by using your new hearing aids each day, it will adjust and you will be comfortable with it. Just give it some and you will get used to it!

All returned hearing aids must be in good, original condition and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Before returning your hearing aid(s), be sure to utilize our easy to follow troubleshooting guide. You may also call us any time and speak with one of our knowledgeable technicians for assistance.

The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number enables us to expedite the return and refund process ensuring your complete satisfaction. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Start your return: Fill out the handy return form located on our website under the Online Returns Center column to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  2. Prepare your return: As soon as you have your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, you are able to package your hearing aid(s) and securely in the original packaging or a suitable shipping container and attach your return label to the package.
  3. Ship your return: Ship your package to the return address and request a tracking number to ensure a safe and timely delivery. DOES NOT accept damaged returns or COD's and we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

We offer a generous 45 day trial period; if you are not satisfied with your hearing aid(s) for any reason, please return your hearing aid(s) within this trial period. After the 45 day trial period, we are unable to accept return requests. Our return policy covers the cost of the hearing aid(s) only and DOES NOT cover any shipping fees that you may incur. All returned items after the trial period may incur recovery fee.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to any products returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

When returning hearing aid(s) to, we ask that you package them with all of the original packaging including manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc. and any accessories and manufacturer documentation.

If your hearing aid has been damaged, modified or altered in any way, or has been repaired by an unauthorized repair facility, will void the original warranty and 45 day trial period.

Warranty offers a comprehensive one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship on every hearing aid we sell. If your hearing aid(s) needs repair or replacement, will do so at no cost to you. No one else but offers this kind of service and support to our customers.

Any perishable items associated with your hearing aid(s) are NOT covered by the warranty, including batteries, ear domes, ear tubes, wax guards and any products with a "Best Before" date.

If you experience any problems with your hearing aid(s) and you cannot find a resolution in our online troubleshooting center, fill out a warranty claim through our Online Returns Center. A representative will assist you with your warranty claim. offers a 15% discount off of the purchase price of hearing aid(s) if you lose or damage your hearing aids in the first year of ownership.
