I have owned a pair of Smart for 2 months and they are sweet. I do not like to stay away from them. I once managed to drown one of my aid and called MediNinja for repair. There are thousands of scams and duplicates available in the market and thankfully, this is NOT one of them. If you are looking for a good pair of hearing aids that will not shake your bank balance, this is it. I have been using hearing aids for more than 50 years and before I bought Earcntric Smart, I have used 3 from different brands. First one was in the ear and the second and third was behind the ear. I reordered SMART t after losing the old pair on the subway. Thanks to the low price they carry, it was not a financial disaster. Prior to Medininja hearing aids, I had a programmable one which came for 2000 USD. Losing those was a real hit on my bank balance and if MediNinja would not have existed, I would have been saving till date to buy a new pair of hearing aids. Also, I do not see any difference in the hearing or built quality of Smart and the 2000$ ones I had. I would recommend buying SMART and the thin tubing kit along with it. I’ve been a user of hearing aids for close to 10 years. I’ve tried a lot of expensive retail units which in the short run disappoint me. The dollars I use in sending them in for repair is the most annoying part. When I saw your ad online, I was skeptical. I OFF the unit when I’m not using it or sleeping – my battery energy is saved. The normal and high setting work well for me. The normal amplifiers sounds with low frequency while high amplifiers high frequency. This is also this dial where I can adjust the volume setting. If I think I’m not hearing enough, I just increase the dial. Background noise is effectively eliminated and the ear dome don’t hurt my ear like the last aids I used. This worth the prize on all front. If you are skeptical, you can bounce on their 45-day money back guarantee. I don’t have any reason to return this units and I don’t you will have reason to do so. I received my order few days ago and I noticed a big difference to the other brand I’ve been using over the past years. The last one I bought – a $4000 hearing aid – was a whack as I had to change its battery every 4 days. My hearing aid was delivered yesterday. There is a huge difference between SMART and my dad’s hearing aids. The medium-sized ear dome and second setting on the device were perfect for me. Now dad is jealous and he is considering getting one over the weekend.

I am satisfied…100%. SMART hearing aid works well…better than any I’ve ever used. The only difficulty I encountered was setting adjustment…at the beginning though! Now, you dare not sit with me to watch TV. You will have to stain your ear. But im always generous enough to adjust my setting a bit better; so you have no reason to fear. Super product. I place an order for two brand so hearing aid. One $1200 amplifier and SMART. I need a device I would you as a spare for the expensive hearing aids, so I chose EarCentric SMART.
To start with, I received SMART pronto and it performs like the other device. Because of the small shape and weight, I use the SMART more. My husband now speak normally with me without having to shout again. I thank EarCentric for this wonderfully designed device. You guys are the best.
