EarCentric CHOICE Hearing Aids Behind The Ear

When my hearing aids packed off some weeks ago, I knew my world was about to collapse. Having enjoyed an uninterrupted better quality of life for three years, I had no other option than to pay a small repair fee for my damaged EarCentric CHOICE hearing aids. I can’t explain the joy I felt when EarCentric sent me a brand new hearing aid with fully functional accessories. Today, my normal age-related high frequency hearing loss no longer bothers me because my new CHOICE has gotten everything under control. I have always been able to afford the most expensive hearing aids on the market and when I was looking for a backup pair, I decided to try out the MediNinja. I had heard that it was a very high quality, low price brand so I thought they would be perfect for my intended purpose. Another draw to your brand was that my ears are not the same size and they are very small which makes many hearing aid brands not fit me. I decided on the Choice aids and showed them to my audiologist. Although he said that your products were good quality and have helped a lot of people, he also said that they would not work for me due to the design and the size that goes to my ear. My ear have small openings. I was disheartened but not because your product is bad. I need to confess… I was skeptical at first. A cheap hearing aid with stunning features? Without wasting time, I put a call across the support team of MediNinja to clear my doubt, and Laurence was so helpful. She explained all the features and how the device works for me. She recommended the CHOICE device based on the kind of hearing loss I was suffering. Nevertheless, I was still skeptical. I concluded that if I don’t use it to see how it work, no word of mouth would change my perspective. 2 weeks later, I placed my order and it arrived early enough before I travelled out of town for my vacation. When I tried it for the first time, I had trouble adjusting to suit my need. “I said it. It was all scam” became the theme of my thought through out that night. Immediately, I called Laurence the following the day to explain my predicament, and like always, she was helpful. Over the phone, she taught me how to pick the right setting, and ever since I’ve been rocking my “small but mighty” hearing aid. My Choice hearing aids from EarCentric had a slight whistling sound to them so I used the ear dome and that made the noise go away and I think it might have even made the sound quality a little better in the process. If anybody wants to know what kind of company MediNinja is, just ask me. I ordered a hearing aid and right away didn’t like it. It was my own fault as I was expecting something different. I call the customer support people at MediNinja and explained my problem. Right away, they began asking me what type of hearing aid I wanted, explained my options and helped me choose the perfect hearing aid that suited my needs. They even had it in the mail BEFORE I was able to send my previous order back to them. They are a classy operation all the way! I tell all of my friends and family about MediNinja and they have been checking up on me to see how I like my new CHoice EarCentric hearing aid. Over the years, my wife and I have tried many different hearing aids from ultra-expensive, top of the line models, to the newest, most advanced models. We could never find one that we liked. As both sales professionals, me in pharmaceuticals and she in real estate, listening and understanding our clients is paramount. We were very happy to find EarCentric brand hearing aids from MediNinja. The prices were very reasonable, the service and support were top notch and the hearing aids work better than either of us could have imagined. Have worn my Choice model for 2 weeks and am very happy with them,what a difference! I’m impressed at what a good hearing aid for the price. I’ve only had the hearing aid for a day, but it’s awesome! A surprisingly natural hearing experience with the open ear pieces. I had bought a really cheap hearing aid from another company, which I lost, and frankly I would still be using. But now, I’m happy I did lose it and got the EarCentric Choice. I’m very happy!
