The first piece they sent was technically faulty and I logged in a request for replacement. The replacement arrived in 2 days and I have been using them since then. I bought the Choice aids back in 2014 and since then, I have never found anything else as comfortable as these. The sound quality is amazing and better than many other hearing aids available in the market that cost 10 times more than this one. I wore my last ones to the shower by mistake and then hard times and finances forced me to buy another one. Honestly, I am glad this happened. The new tubing that these babies come with is comforting. No matter what do you like these will not let you down. However, I am still looking for sweat-proof aids or atleast a paste or cover that would give protection to my hearing aids. (Posted on 8/29/2016)

MediNinja delivered this product two days ago. Sincerely, im amazed by it performance. My old Starkey hearing aid stopped working when I drowned it last month. My audiologist suggested a very high end behind-the-ear hearing aid which cost $4000. I later tried Songbird hearing. Though it was affordable, it did work like I want it. I wanted something better. I embarked on a search to find a better performing hearing aid. Alas! I stumbled upon the positive review of MediNinja and EarCentric. I placed an order and it didn’t fail to impress me. It took close to no time to start rocking it. The volume and clarity of the amplified human is above what I’ve ever enjoyed. My other hearing aid, which I bought few years back, was always developing faults. I got tired of taking it in for repairs. I was started using Choice with doubts that it will end up like the other one, especially since it’s five times cheaper. I was impressed nevertheless. It arrived after 3 days…that was quick. It worked and is working for me. The battery is strong and im satisfied. Must I add that this is taking over from the $5k hearing aid I had to send in for repair at a high cost im WILL NEVER pay…not when my Medininja is still working. Thumbs up to EarCentric! I just got it today, but I have been using hearing aids with very limited success for almost 20 years now.
I started with an ear, eye, nose doctor, had an RMI and was tested and fitted by an audiologist, for two Starkey devices, that as it turned out would function for just a bit over 6 months before they had to go back to Starkey for repairs. Those repairs were not cheap.
After a few years of that, I found an on line supplier for about half the money and with some tips from them I settled into about 50-80% ability to understand most conversations and TV etc and figured out how to keep the aids functioning.
Last July I decided to try a BHE device from that supplier, reasonably priced, and it was a lot better clarity and no feed back at all, I was very happy and somewhat surprised when a week ago it just stopped working.
Since it left me with my old in-ear device, I decided to buy a back up, and when I checked I found the price I paid a year ago was increased by about 35%, so went looking for a device that was not so expensive and found this "CHOICE". So I decided to take a chance since $179 was about 1/3rd of my other supplier.
My intention was to have this as a back up for my old BHE when (and if ) I got it back from repair, but to my surprise this new Choice is about 1/2 the size and much easier to adjust the volume, and it is at least as good clarity as my old BHE, and maybe better.
I have a vacuum pump, drier box, and understand the problems moisture (sweating) cause these hearing aids, so don't know how long this one will last, but if it lasts a year and a month, I'll be ahead of this expensive game of hearing.
So I am very happy with the price, size, ease of operation and how well it overcomes my hearing problems.
Now it will take awhile to see how long it works, but it will be my 2st choice in hearing aids now.

Three salespersons tried push some expensive hearing aids to my mother. I stopped my mother when she decided to splash $2,500 on one of the hearing aid product. My mother refused to wear the expensive hearing aid I got for her. After following my audiologist’s suggestion and invest so much time and effort to make her hear better, I couldn’t believe such will happen. I needed to find a solution still. Not a lot to say but I am very impressed at the hearing aids I received from here. I have significant hearing loss from my childhood and have worn hearing aids for most of my life. I was getting tired of paying so much for them when someone told me about this hearing aid and when one of my super expensive models broke and the cost to repair would purchase me Choice hearing aid, I figured might as well give it a try and I am not regretting my decision one bit. I’m on social security, which means I have to watch my budget closely. So when my expensive hearing aid died, I didn’t have the $1,200 to replace it. I found your product through an internet search, and they arrived today. After putting the battery in and hooking it up, I thought it wasn’t working. Then I figured out that it wasn’t turned on.
