Initially, I had a problem with them so I contacted the customer support team. I explained the problem to them and they immediately suggested a solution by sending the part which was needed to correct the problem. Also, they extended the 45 day return policy so that at times I could return them if needed. It worked out and I am fully satisfied with their explanation of what was happening to them. EarCentric hearing aids are my first hearing aids. As of now, I have used them for eight days and during these 8 days I came to know how many sounds I was missing. I misplaced one hearing aid after using it for a while. Than I reordered a right hearing aid because this time I needed for that one.

I was using expensive hearing aids worth $5000. One of them got damaged after the aids guarantee was over. It was sad to hear that they don't make this model anymore. I bought a new pair worth $5000 without giving a second thought. I bought them at an equivalent price and used them for few days and they definitely works by replacing the high frequencies. They had feedback problems. But that is being solved to a greater extent with the help of big ear plug. The push buttons were very untidy and hard to push. And the representative asked $99 to repair each one. Than I saw Medininja EArcentric hearing aids and purchased them. These are better, their frequency bandwidth is softer, wider and comfortable. I purchased the bigger ear plugs to avoid feedback problems. Volume can also be adjusted easily. These can be easily set just before feedback or lower for real noise areas. I am fully satisfied with them and would surely recommend them after a month usage. The main problem which I am facing is that the batteries are bigger and they fall out easily. I know people talking with me but can't analyze their words and I am facing this problem from a long time. But through Medininja EarCentric hearing aids I have got a new life. Their support team is so kind in explaining each and everything about their hearing aids. They have delivered the aids so fast and the instruction manual is so clear. The other hearing aids on the market required batteries which was annoying, I thought. I like this because he plugs and charge it when needed. The charge function is pretty quick, maybe an hour to completely charged.
This hearing aid is doing good since I have ordered it. I can hear things which I had been missing since so many years. I went for a walk on the very first day of my purchase and walking down I heard birds chirping, a flag blowing in the wind, and cars running on the road.
