Customer service (I used the 'chat' format) was terrific during pre-purchase, during set-up and use, and unfortunately, for me, the return. My 'profound' hearing loss did not make me the perfect candidate but with the reassurances, I gave the Choice units the old 'college try' . . . well, I've been told that Medninja is developing a new unit for folks with my level of hearing loss: I look forward to trying the new units in the near future.
