Hello there, I have got the wax guards and used Medininja’s linked video and written instruction manuals to replace the wax guard in my left hearing aids. Everything is so simple to learn with their teaching tools. I had a very bad experience with this kind of hearing aids in the past. Your videos have been a great help. I have asked them to ship the hearing aids to my son’s home before his marriage so that I can get those on time. They did arrive on time for his wedding and I have enjoyed to the fullest on my son’s wedding as these aids have enhanced my hearing. I highly appreciate their amazing service I came across in receiving the hearing aids to me on time for my son’s wedding day. I love my medininja Nano800 hearing aids a lot. I purchased my Earcentric Nano800 aid and immediately after receiving them I had an issue but thankfully Medininja has entertained my problem so well and fixes the problem within minutes. Their service is exceptional and I have saved lots of penny over highly priced local aids. Recently I also found a known audiologist to service my hearing aids so I have the complete package with me. I have been using hearing aids for over thirty years and just received a new pair and needless to say, they broke and I was upset. I stepped on them the next very day. Rather than embarrass myself by contacting the company for another pair, I did some research online and decided to give these a try. They are AMAZING. Seriously much better than the others I’d used. Had my hearing aids for maybe three years and still haven’t had to replace them. I sing in church and I swear my singing has improved drastically since switching to these. This is a great product you won’t be disappointed with.

Got these for my husband who after 48 years of working finally retired at 80, and he’s a hundred times happier, especially now that he can actually participate in conversations. He even joked about going back to church again! EarCentric is really a blessing. Thank you MediNinja!
