A Tiny Hearing Aid with a Smart Core
The EarCentric™ Nano800 is a digital, advanced CIC (Completely in the Canal) hearing aid. The shape of the device is based on the natural curve of the ear canal to ensure maximum concealment with comfort. The new Nano800 hearing aid is highly invisible for style-conscious consumers while providing a natural sound by preserving the directivity of the ear. Because it is gently sitting in the ear canal, it rules out the risk of internal feedback and wind noise.
The new Nano800 hearing aid is equipped with an 8 channel advanced digital processor to provide you the clearest sound possible. Its Adaptive Feedback Canceller virtually eliminates annoying howling and whistling sounds.

EarCentric Nano800 digital CIC hearing aid comes with 4 hearing presets for various listening environments:

The innovative EarTAP functionality is based on the changes of air pressure. Switching between listening programs has never been that easy. When the device is in the ear, switching to another program is as easy as by tapping your ear. No push button or switch is needed! In addition, the Nano800 has 8 channels and 12 bands, adaptive feedback manager and adaptive noise reduction.
Tinnitus Masking
The Nano800 is a small and comfortable in-ear device designed to deliver all day relief from tinnitus. It does this by masking and covering up your tinnitus, reducing the loudness of your tinnitus and taking your focus off your tinnitus.
Tinnitus is a medical condition characterized by persistent ringing in one or both ears that can only be heard by the affected individual. It has also been described as whistling, hissing, buzzing, or pulsing in the ear. These sounds may come and go; however, most sufferers experience symptoms 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The effects range from slight annoyance to severe disruption of everyday life.

Rating Hello there, I have got the wax guards and used Medininja’s linked video and written instruction manuals to replace the wax guard in my left hearing aids. Everything is so simple to learn with their teaching tools. I had a very bad experience with this kind of hearing aids in the past. Your videos have been a great help. Rating I have asked them to ship the hearing aids to my son’s home before his marriage so that I can get those on time. They did arrive on time for his wedding and I have enjoyed to the fullest on my son’s wedding as these aids have enhanced my hearing. I highly appreciate their amazing service I came across in receiving the hearing aids to me on time for my son’s wedding day. I love my medininja Nano800 hearing aids a lot. Rating I purchased my Earcentric Nano800 aid and immediately after receiving them I had an issue but thankfully Medininja has entertained my problem so well and fixes the problem within minutes. Their service is exceptional and I have saved lots of penny over highly priced local aids. Recently I also found a known audiologist to service my hearing aids so I have the complete package with me. Rating I have been using hearing aids for over thirty years and just received a new pair and needless to say, they broke and I was upset. I stepped on them the next very day. Rather than embarrass myself by contacting the company for another pair, I did some research online and decided to give these a try. They are AMAZING. Seriously much better than the others I’d used.
