EarCentric Clarity200 BTE Hearing Aids - Programmable

I lost 40% of my hearing since my involvement in a car accident few years back…30 years to be precise. As I grew older and old age drew near, the loss got worse. I miss conversation details in meetings. I’ve been getting by but the situation is getting out of hands. I wanted to try out a cheap hearing aid to get a glimpse of how it works before buying an expensive one. I bought the EarCentric Clarity200 and I was pleased at how good the sound it produces. My right ear adapted quickly to the device…two months running, I’m still using it and I’ve only changed it battery once. I find the on/off switch handy – I don’t have to remove the battery whenever I’m not using it. The volume control dial for selecting bandwidth is enjoyable too.Overall, I consider this product a decent deal and I don’t think I will be going for the expensive units as planned. EarCentric Clarity offset the cost of most hearing aids I’ve used over the years without decrease in quality. I will love to see the design team work more on the noise filtering functionality of the device. It’s ok for me nonetheless. (Posted on 6/2/2016)

I still have the 2 that I ordered from you guys about a year or more ago. They are working great, way way better than the several extremely expensive sets I had purchased in the past. Plus the batteries last 2 to 3 times longer also. You can better believe I’ve turned quite a few people onto your product, including my daughter. When I have trouble with these, or they die I will absolutely order more from you. Being on Social Security now, if it weren’t for your hearing aids I would have to do without, And yes I have tried other “cheap” hearing aids, which are just that cheap and don’t work!! I have been wearing my hearing aids for about three weeks now. They are even better than I had expected!! I purchased Seimens in 2000 and knew they weren’t performing as they should, I don’t think they ever did. Those cost me $3600 back in 2000, I was determined not to spend that again. I had researched hearing aids and went for audiograms. One national company wouldn’t even give me the graph, even tho, I gave them $25 for the report, they instead drafted a letter saying my hearing loss was moderately severe in both ears and they thought I should buy two. I did find a big box store advertising units for $700,00 I went in for a hearing test, and was told that was the online price, and the ones I needed were $2900, they did however give me the graph. I think that used to be called bait and switch. It was after that I came home and ordered the EarCentric® CLARITY200, I surely don’t need to wait 45 days to know I am completely satisfied these hearing aids. The batteries last a really long time also. I am able to keep my volume level at #1, can’t imagine what #3 would sound like. Thank you so very much for making a quality product and selling it for a reasonable price. I will refer you to anybody needing hearing help, I have already told my physician and dental clinic. I’m 72 years old and have experienced hearing loss for the last four years. I purchased the CLARITY200, it came in about 4 days which was surprise enough. I wore it to my sister’s funeral, had it on all day until I went to bed. I’ve worn other name brand hearing aids, but the EarCentric honestly is better quality and I can hear much better with them. My mom Sylvia recently turned 95, and has experienced a progressive loss of hearing the past two years or so. She went to have her hearing checked and was told she did have a significant loss of hearing. She was told that hearing aids would improve her hearing, but would cost $3,000!!! She said “No thank you.” She was looking at magazine and found an ad for the EarCentric Clarity200. She mentioned it to me and we went to their website and read all about them. Mom especially liked the very positive reviews, and we ordered two of the “CLARITY” model. They were in our mailbox in 3 days!!! Mom always watched tv with the volume up most of the way. After I helped her put the hearing aids in her ears, she almost cried because she heard so clear and turned the volume down to almost nothing. This review will be long but have much to say. My hearing has been decline the pass several years. It had come to the point I thought I would have to retire. Which I am only 64 and as a nurse for 37 years and Administrator for a Assisted Living I don’t want to do. I could not afford $4000.00 aids Looking on the internet I research and found EarCentric hearing aid CLARITY200. With the return policy I figures I would give them a try. I started using them but thought I will see in a couple of days. The next morning my husband and I was outside and I heard crickets chirping. I don’t remember the last time I had heard that sound. My husband with his hearing aids has very poor hearing. I decided I would order him a pair. Of course he didn’t think they would work because all the other hearing aids didn’t help much. He put them in and he started walking around and said “I can hear’ The past two days has been amazing like a new world for him. Thanks you so very much for this great product. I have to say that even though I had my first EarCentric hearing aid CLARITY200 for only a little over a year, I immediately ordered a second one! The price is great! The helpful staff on the telephone rendered above the call to duty aid, helped us to secure another hearing aid and offered to fix the old one which of course we will! I bought the CHOICE basic set first, my first ever hearing aids, and took a few weeks to figure out the combination of domes and volume to fit my needs. I was very happy with the product so I decided to step up to the digital CLARITY200 and give them a try. I was so happy to make that decision. Clarity can be customized based on my audiogram. I've been CLARITY200 aid, and have always been very satisfied with the quality of sound, even over “prescribed” aids costing 10 to 20 times more! Things happen-you don’t want to get them wet, especially with sweat on those hot and humid Florida summers. That’s probably been the only cause of death of any of my EarCentric hearing aids. I went on to try the Smart - they’re great too, but when I accidentally wore them into the shower it was time for replacements. I went back to the CLARITY200 for financial reasons -tough month -car and vet bills. I am Absolutely Delighted with the new thin tubing on the CLARITY200. And when it comes to preset vs. custom-program, custom-program is much better. Now if they would only invent a hearing aid sweat-proof sleeve . . . (Posted on 4/19/2016)

I’ve tried more expensive hearing aids. They were difficult to use with a lot of loud whistling in my good ear. I tried to get the hearing specialist to correct the problem, but they never did. The last time they fixed the aides, I couldn’t use them at all because of so much whistling. Consequently I didn’t like to wear any hearing aides. Also since they were so expensive, I was afraid I’d lose them or break them completely and that led me to not using them at all. Since I only have hearing in one ear, I saw the ad for EarCentric hearing aids and the price of the one Clarity200 was really low and they allowed just one hearing aid to be purchased. I didn’t believe for a minute that the aide would work at all at that price. But taking a gamble I bought one hearing aide, and I’m very glad I did. Now I can actually hear again, without the whistling and the aide appears to be quite comfortable and durable. Thanks for a making this product. And thanks for making the price reasonable. Purchased Medininja Clarity for my husband. He is so much happier. Can join in the conversations and is no longer depressed. He worked in factory for 48 years and retired at 80 years old. The first day he wore this hearing aid he was able to be a part of all conversations. He may start going back to church again. What a blessing these hearing aids are.
I was so surprised how well I could hear compared to the Phonax I used to use. Also the controls are so much easier to use. Four years ago I paid $3000 for the old ones.

I have used the EarCentric Clarity for several years and consider it an exceptional hearing aid. Recently I sent one in for repair and it was evidently not repairable, so they sent me a new HearingAid Clarity200 at no additional cost to me. I was very pleasantly surprised. All of this took a very short time. Their service is very exceptional and way above any other that I have experienced. The people there are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. These are not just for people who ‘can’t afford’ the expensive products. The thing is, I can hear. I never bought the ‘real’ hearing aids because the price is rediculous not because of being able to afford them. When one stopped working early on, they immediately sent a new one. Great service. I’m in my early 50s and suffer from hereditary hearing loss. My hearing has deteriorated to the point where I had trouble following conversations. At work, I frequently miss important information, leading to embarrassment and ridicule. I’ve been called rude for not responding to someone talking to me, when the problem was that I just didn’t hear them. When people learn of my hearing loss, the first thing they ask is why I don’t wear a hearing aid, which is humiliating because I don’t have the money for them. When I saw the ad, I realized good hearing might be in reach. I showed it to my son and he surprised me by ordering them. No more humiliation or being thought rude. Having mistakenly gone through two wash and dry cycles, Clarity200 still retained its functionality and top quality. As a neurologist with a hearing challenge, It beats my imagination. In fact for three years now that I have being using it, it has completely transformed my hearing.
Being a doctor, I was attracted to another doctor for providing affordable hearing aid.
Clarity200 is indeed a blessing to this present generation
